Amy and Stripes: Introduction

Amy Lancem was watching TV in her bedroom with her cat Stripes. Amy was an only child, but had always wished for a sister. Her light skin, wavy brown hair and thin body was the exact opposite of her mom with darker, tanned skin, straight hair and slightly larger body, and her dad also with tanned skin, thick, black hair and a medium sized body.

Amy loved stories, which is why she loved TV and books so much. Some of her favorite books were Oliver Twist by Charles Dickens, Black Beauty by Anna Swell, and Dragon Rider by Cornelia Funke. She loved how excited she felt when she read them. She had always wished that one day she could go on an adventure like those some day.

Her wish was about to come true.
